Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are fresh and perishable, returns are generally not accepted. We follow the industry standard “no-return” norm for food items, with the limited exceptions below.
1) Cancellation & Instant Refunds
- Full & immediate refund is initiated only if you cancel immediately after ordering and preparation has not started.
- If order preparation has started, there will be no refund.
- Instant refunds are processed on our end right away; banks/gateways may take 3–7 business days to reflect the amount.
2) Quality Issues or Order Errors
If you believe there is genuine damage on arrival issue:
- Notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and the order ID.
- We will assess case-by-case and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
- Taste preferences or minor design variation from reference images are not considered defects.
3) Delays
We strive for the 2-hour delivery target. If there is a significant delay caused solely by us (and not due to access issues, incorrect address, force majeure, or your unavailability), we may offer a goodwill resolution (e.g., delivery-fee waiver or store credit), at our discretion.
4) Non-Refundable Situations (Illustrative)

- Preparation has already started, or the order has already been dispatched.
- Incorrect address, unreachable phone, or denied building access.
- Recipient unavailable at delivery time; re-delivery not feasible.
- Subjective taste/design expectations when the product is otherwise correct and fit for consumption.
