Payment Processing
All payments made through the Cream Creations website for cakes, desserts, bakery products, workshops, courses, or any other services are securely processed under the legal entity Cream Creations. For services or products offered under our associated brands, including Cake Ki Pathshala, your payment transaction, invoice, bank statement, or UPI payment may display the name Cream Creations. By making a payment through our website, you acknowledge and agree that Cream Creations is the authorized legal entity responsible for payment collection, invoicing, and financial processing.
Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and confirmation from Cream Creations via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or SMS. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, suspected fraudulent activity, or any operational constraints. In such cases, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Product Images & Customisation
All our cakes and bakery products are handcrafted and made to order. While we make every effort to match the requested design, colours, theme, and decorations, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products, availability of ingredients, and food-safe decorating practices. Product images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only.
Allergies & Ingredients
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, wheat, gluten, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients. Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. Customer Responsibilities
